Welcome to Wedg Ave Woodfired—where authentic wood-fired pizza meets passion, craftsmanship, and a touch of New Zealand flavour.

We operate three fully custom-built pizza trucks, each equipped with our hand-built, specially imported Valoriani pizza ovens from Italy. These ovens are the heart of our operation, designed and assembled by us to deliver the perfect high-temperature bake every time.

What sets us apart?

It’s the little things. We use Pōhutukawa wood, native to New Zealand, to fuel our ovens—imparting a unique, smoky aroma to every pizza. Our dough is slow-proofed for a minimum of 36 hours, ensuring exceptional flavor and texture, then hand-stretched to order for that perfect, artisanal finish.
